In early October, the restaurant will be open in the evenings only, from Tuesday to Saturday. In December, the restaurant will be open seven days a week.
Having taken over as head chef at Le Fédou this summer, Damien Maurel draws on more than twenty years’ experience in the restaurant industry. His career, spanning cooking, pastry-making, catering and entrepreneurship, now inspires a cuisine that is generous, authentic and committed to quality ingredients.
